Michele Bowman is Managing Director of Global Foresight Associates, a futures research and consulting firm of "Third Generation Futurists" that helps organizations develop strategies for the long-term future by exploring the dynamics of change and their strategic implications. Ms. Bowman has led futures projects for multinational, government and non-profit organizations in such diverse industries as financial services, health care, entertainment, energy, retail, automotive manufacturing and engineering. Michele holds a Masters Degree from University of Hawaii-Manoa, one of only two schools in the U.S. to offer an advanced degree in futures studies and serves as Vice Chairman of the Association of Professional Futurists.

Amy Oberg is a strategist, futurist and competitive analyst who specializes in helping organizations better understand the emerging competitive environment and respond with effective, proactive strategies.
